Student Activities

1. A blindfolded person lets another person lead him.out (trust).
2. Make a bulletin board collage of pictures in the shape of a cross. Pictures should reflect challenges you face as you live out your faith.
3. Change your mind: One student sits in the center and thinks of a favorite possession and names it. The other students take turns to ask: would you prefer...(eg. a skateboard)? The center student must answer truthfully yes or no. The aim is try to get the center student to change his mind. Then another student gets a turn. But we should never change our minds about believing in God.
4. Mark start and finish lines about 3 meters apart on a wall. Provide 30 cm (8 in.) balls. Demonstrate how to pass the ball against the wall with your abdomen, roll it along the wall without using your hands by turning from front to back. As soon as student completes 1/2 of course, have another begin. If the ball dropped, who moved? the wall or you? Could you say the wall was faithful? To be faithful means to always be there. God is faithful. We can trust Him..
