How To Treat People Leadership Jesus led people by serving them. Service is the best reason for being a leader. Jesus' life was an example of true service. He asks people to follow His example.

Leadership means: Good examples having a visionary commitment, skilled in motivating others, demonstrating faith based optimism, exercising solid integrity, managing resources responsibility, communicating effectively.
